Shipping Methods

At checkout, you will be prompted to choose a shipping method for your item(s). Please note, some shipping destinations may offer only one shipping method. Shipping costs are dependent on the shipping method you select. Your total shipping charges will automatically compute during checkout prior to the completion of your order.

Duty & Taxes

Canadian Orders

We are legally required to collect HST in Ontario. Your order is subject to Canadian taxes, which will be calculated at check out based on your shipping address.

USA & International Orders

Your order may be subject to duties and taxes outside of the sale and shipping costs. Shannon Passero cannot take responsibility for any duties and taxes that may be applied to your package once it crosses the border. On occasion, custom agents may delay delivery of a package; therefore, Shannon Passero's cannot guarantee a delivery date. 

 

Domestic Returns & Exchanges (Canada Only) 

Online Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not thrilled the moment you open your purchase or at any time within 14 days of purchase, we want to make it right. Just mail the unworn/unlaundered/unaltered item with tags attached back for return or exchange, or return it to our store within 14 days of shipment. Please note** If you return your item by mail it can take up to 10 days to process your credit. A prepaid Shipping Label is provided in your package to make it easier for you.

 

A fee of €15 will be deducted from your refund for the use of this label, however shipping for exchange is free.

We truly care about what you have say, so please take a moment to fill out your reason for return on the packing slip and include it in the parcel. Take your package to any Canpar Drop location and use the prepaid shipping return label. To find the location to drop your package off to go to www.canpar.com/en/ship/locator.jsp and choose “I would like to drop off a package that is labeled and prepaid”

 

All prepaid shipping is done via REGULAR GROUND shipping method.

 

You can also take the parcel to the carrier of your choice and pay for the return shipping yourself.

 

Exchanges

We want you to be 100% happy with every impossiblebird’s purchase, but if you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please use the prepaid Shipping Label (Canada Only) included in your package and the exchange will be sent free of charge. Be sure to fill out the front and back of your packing slip, including your reason for exchange, and include it with your parcel. Or you can visit our store to conveniently exchange your item. If you mail your exchange for a different size or colour, it could take up to 2 weeks to receive the new item.

 

Sales items are always final sale; this includes any Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day purchase or clearance featured items.
